About

Who are we and what do we do?

We are manufacturers and sellers of springs. We established in 2012 and we have been in business for nearly eight years now. We sell springs to a variety of industries. We also export springs. Our springs are world renowned and mostly custom made. To ordered specifications.

What kinds of springs do we manufacture?

We make springs of different shapes. And in various materials. Our specialties are compression springs and extension springs. But we also produce torsion springs.

Compression and extension springs are helical mechanisms. The ones we make are mostly made of metal. But we also make them from other materials.

Why do we name them different?

Our extension spring’s coils are more tightly coiled than that of the compression spring. But hooks or loops are common to both. The hooks or loops come in handy when the spring has to be attached to something or the other.

The terms “compression” and “extension” are in deference to the state of the springs at the time when they possess the maximum potential energy.

We excel in the manufacture of both compression and extension springs.

What Law of Physics guides us?

Like any springs manufacturer we are also guided by the Hooke’s Law when we manufacture springs. The Hooke’s Law says there’s a proportional relationship that applies to all elastic materials and bodies. The test of elastic materials is that they automatically regain shape after application of force.

We also manufacture mousetrap springs!

We make compression and extension springs. As also the torsion spring. And the constant force spring. Extension springs are coiled extra tight compared to the compression spring.

The torsion spring is coiled tight similar to an extension spring. But the torsion spring’s ends are non-helical. They extend away and are neither compressed nor extended. It is a twisted spring. A mousetrap has a torsion spring and so do clothespins.

Torsion springs do not totally obey Hooke’s Law. Also, torque swaps places with force in torsion springs. And angular distance takes the place of linear distance.

We also make constant force springs

This is the only spring that we make that debunks Hooke’s Law. The constant force spring is sheet metal wrapped around a drum. One end of the spring is attached to the drum. The other to a loading force. As the spool unwinds, a constant force is exerted. Seatbelts, and power cords work on the principle of constant force.

We will serve your company’s springs needs

If your product requires springs, we are the right people for you. We have been making and selling springs to companies like yours since 2012. We have the experience and the expertise. Besides, we are also creative. Constantly evolving and adding more torque and spring to our products. Our products are state of the art. We are an engineering firm with specialization in manufacturing custom made springs.
